This policy applies to every purchase of TubeMind passes and plans, operated by ISMAILBLOGGER (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, 2nd Floor, Haidari Plaza, G-12/4, Islamabad 44000, Pakistan.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not give refunds for any pass or plan, in any case, including for unused days. Most of TubeMind is free, so please try the free features first and buy only when you need higher limits. This applies to passes, monthly plans and Lifetime, however you paid.

Try before you buy

A free account and every tool at /tools cost nothing and need no card. Passes do not auto renew, so you are never charged again unless you choose to buy again.

How you pay

Prepaid passes are paid on the RedotPay hosted checkout, shown on the pricing page when it is open, in stablecoins such as USDT or USDC from a wallet such as RedotPay, Binance Pay, MetaMask or Trust Wallet. RedotPay processes that payment, and no card payment runs on TubeMind. You can also buy a paid plan by emailing [email protected]: we confirm the price, how to pay and your plan dates, then turn the plan on for your account. If you have a coupon code, you can redeem it on the pricing page.

Payment problems

A checkout that ends before a payment arrives charges nothing. If a payment is pending for long, failed, or left your wallet without switching your pass on, email [email protected] with the order number shown on the pricing page. We answer every message within 2 business days.

Cancelling a plan

A pass ends on its date by itself. For a plan arranged by email, cancel any time by emailing [email protected]. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

Your balance stays when a plan ends. Every 30 days the balance is topped up to your plan's monthly amount, so after a paid plan ends that top up follows the Free plan. Monthly credits do not roll over, have no cash value and are not refunded. Daily plan limits, not credits, control what you can do today.

When a pass or plan ends

Your account moves to the Free plan. Your saved research stays unless you delete your account.
