Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how ISMAILBLOGGER (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED delivers TubeMind to you. It sits alongside our Terms of Service; if the two ever differ, the Terms apply.

1. What TubeMind is

TubeMind is a digital software service (SaaS) for YouTube research and analytics. You use it in your web browser at tubemind.io and through the optional TubeMind Chrome extension. Nothing physical is shipped. There is no download to install apart from the free extension, which you add from the Chrome Web Store.

2. Free plan

You can create a free account with no card. The Free plan is available as soon as you sign up, and its current limits are shown on the pricing page. Some features ask you to confirm your email first.

3. Paid passes and when they start

Paid access is sold as prepaid passes: a Monthly pass (30 days) and a Yearly pass (365 days). You buy a pass while signed in to your TubeMind account and pay on the hosted checkout of our payment provider.

  • The pass is activated automatically on your account as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within minutes. We also check pending payments with the provider every few minutes, in case a confirmation is delayed.
  • The pricing page shows the status of your order, and your Account page shows your plan and its end date once it is active.
  • If your pass is not active within 24 hours of payment, contact us with the order number shown on the pricing page. We resolve it within 2 business days.

Paid plans can also be arranged by email or unlocked with a coupon code; those start when we confirm them to you or when you redeem the code.

4. Where the service is delivered

Your pass is delivered to the TubeMind account you were signed in to at checkout, which is the account linked to that email address. There is nothing to collect or install: sign in with that account and the paid limits apply.

5. How long access lasts

Access lasts for the period you paid for. Passes do not renew automatically and you are never charged again without buying again. If you buy a new pass before the current one ends, its days are added on top. When a pass ends, your account moves back to the Free plan and your saved data stays. We email you 7 days before a paid plan ends.

6. Service availability

We work to keep TubeMind available, but we provide it on a best effort basis and do not promise it will be uninterrupted. TubeMind is in beta: plans, features and usage limits, including Free limits, may change, as section 13 of the Terms explains. Data comes from YouTube API Services within their daily quota, so freshness can vary, and each channel and video shows when it was last checked.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not give refunds for any pass or plan, in any case, including for unused days. Most of TubeMind is free, so please try the free features first and buy only when you need higher limits. See the Refund Policy.
