TubeMind

Plans, prices and daily limits

TubeMind has a free plan with daily limits and paid plans that give you higher limits on the same features. Paid passes are prepaid for a set number of days and never renew by themselves, and right now you get a paid plan by email or with a coupon code.

How to use it

  1. Start with a free account. No card is needed.
  2. Use TubeMind for a while and see which daily limit you reach first. Account shows every limit and what is left today.
  3. Compare the plans on /pricing. Current prices and limits are always there.
  4. Have a code? Enter it in the Have a coupon code? box on /pricing.
  5. For a paid plan, email hello@tubemind.io from the email on your TubeMind account and say which plan you want.
  6. Check Account to see your plan and its end date once it is on.

Free and paid plans

Most of TubeMind is free. A free account gets niche and outlier research every day, trackers with alerts, saved lists, every tool at /tools and the Chrome extension. A paid plan mostly gives you higher limits on the same features, not a different product.

Prices and limits can be changed by the TubeMind team, and TubeMind is in beta, so the current prices and limits are always on /pricing, and your own are in Account under plan usage.

Each plan also sets how many outliers you see per search, how many CSV rows you can export, and how many channels you can add or refresh a day. Pro and Lifetime include up to 10 of your own channels.

Daily limits

Every plan has daily limits, for example niche searches, live YouTube searches and AI runs. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. When you reach one, TubeMind tells you how much you used and when it resets in your own time. You can see every limit and what is left today in Account under plan usage.

Why are live YouTube searches so limited? TubeMind shares one fixed daily YouTube quota with every user, and each live search uses a large part of it. Searches over our own index use no quota, so those limits are much higher. After your live searches are used, you still see matching channels from our index, each with the date we last checked it.

The free tools need no login but have their own fair use limits. AI tools allow 5 runs a day as a guest and 15 with a free account.

How passes work

A pass is prepaid. You pay once and it turns on a paid plan for a set number of days: 30 days for the Monthly pass and 365 days for the Yearly pass. A pass never auto renews and never charges you again, so there is nothing to cancel. It simply ends on its date.

If you buy again before your pass ends, the new days are added on top of the days you have left. The pricing page may show a launch price for a pass for a limited time. When there is one, the discount is applied for you, with no code needed.

We email you 7 days before your plan ends, and the dashboard shows a notice too. When it ends, your account moves back to the Free plan and Free limits apply. Your saved lists, trackers and Board stay until you delete your account.

How to pay right now

Online checkout is not open yet. For now there are two ways to get a paid plan:

  1. By email. Write to hello@tubemind.io from the email on your TubeMind account and say which plan you want. We reply with how to pay, then switch your plan. We confirm any tax before you pay.
  2. With a coupon code. Enter it in the coupon box on /pricing.

When checkout opens, passes will be paid on the RedotPay hosted checkout in stablecoins (USDT or USDC). There will be no card payment there either. Prices are in USD.

Coupon codes, the founding code and refunds

A code can switch on a plan for some days, add credits, add extra niche searches, or raise a daily limit for some days. The code decides what it gives you, and the message after you redeem it says exactly what was added. A few rules:

  • Codes that switch on a plan or raise a limit need a confirmed email. Open the link we emailed you, or sign in with Google using that email.
  • A code will not replace a paid plan you already have that lasts longer.
  • A discount code is different. It goes in the pay box for a pass, before you pay.

Founding members: the pricing page lists a founding code, ISMAILBLOGGER. Redeem it and you get 3 months of the founding plan, counted from the day you redeem it. After that your account moves back to Free. Nothing renews or charges you.

Refunds: all sales are final. TubeMind does not give refunds for any pass or plan, including for unused days. So please try the free features first and buy only when you need higher limits. The full rules are in the Refund Policy and the Terms.

Questions

What happens when my pass ends?

Your account moves back to the Free plan and Free limits apply. Your saved lists, trackers and Board stay until you delete your account.

When do daily limits reset?

At midnight UTC. Account shows each limit and what is left today.
